My name is Ali Zafar, and I am from Multan. I had the privilege of performing Umrah through Travocom Ltd under their Season 5 Free Umrah Package by Islam 360. I travelled on March 27, and today I want to share my experience with all of you.

The package was for 15 days, and from Pakistan to Makkah and Madinah, I did not have to pay a single rupee—nor did the company demand anything from me. They took excellent care of me throughout the journey. The environment and arrangements in both Makkah and Madinah were exactly as promised.

I sincerely pray that Allah rewards them for their efforts. I would highly recommend everyone to travel through such a trustworthy agency in the future to avoid any kind of inconvenience.

Lastly, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Islam 360, Travocom, and especially Dr. Tahira Zahid for sponsoring this package. And above all, I thank Allah for this beautiful opportunity.

(Travocom)

Excellent Experience with Travocom – Visa & Ticketing Services

This is with reference to the Umrah services and travel with Travocom.
The package was of 12 days starting from Madinah first.
The few hiccups:
1. Seats on the out outbound flight Flynas, we had to request the hostess to have us sit together.
2. Airport pick up to Hotel transfer at Madinah. Coordination could have been better as it took awhile to sort which driver is coming to collect us, which made us late by quite sometime.
3. CRN for Madinah hotel was not provided for which again there was a back n forth communication to sort it out.

Makkah was smooth, no issues along with the flight back with flyadeal. Emaar Elite Makkah was super!

My suggestion is to improve pre travel coordinations with stake holders to avoid any inconvenience to travelers upon arrival at destination. I got a sim immediately and kept in touch over WhatsApp, however some travelers might not do the same and end up in an inconvenient situation and delays.

It is pertinent to mention that despite getting a better pricing for the same package from another travel agency which was undercutting your offer by PKR 13,734, it was definitely the customer service and the after travel communication and coordination by Talha Raees & team which compelled us to choose Travocom over saving a few thousands. The Travocom WhatsApp group served timely and efficiently.
Keep it up guys and Thanks for a smooth service albeit the minor glitches which I'm sure you must've sorted out by now.
Will I opt for Travocom again for my or my family travel? ......most probably yes InshaAllah.
Regards,
Shahryar Rashid

I applied for my Dubai visa through Travacom, but unfortunately, it was rejected. It wasn’t Travacom’s fault; these days, visa approvals for Pakistani nationals have become quite challenging.

Abu Huraira always handles my visa applications and goes the extra mile to make sure everything possible is done to secure the visa.

Better luck next time! 🙏

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to *Travo.com* for the excellent arrangements made during our Umrah journey.

The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and well-coordinated from start to finish. The transportation from *Jeddah to Makkah* was very comfortable and hassle-free, which was especially appreciated after a long journey.

The hotel accommodations in both *Makkah and Madinah* were excellent. The hotels were well-maintained, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the Haram, making it easy for us to perform our prayers and Umrah activities without difficulty.

A special thanks to *Mr. Farhan*, who went above and beyond to assist us upon arrival in Makkah. After a long flight, he helped arrange an *early check-in* for our room, which made a significant difference and allowed my family to rest comfortably before beginning our Umrah.

I would also like to acknowledge the coordinators from both *Karachi and Saudi Arabia*, who were extremely responsive, helpful, and available whenever assistance was needed. Their prompt communication and support gave us peace of mind throughout the trip.

Overall, the arrangements provided by *Travo.com* were excellent, and I would happily recommend their services to anyone planning an Umrah journey. Thank you for making our pilgrimage comfortable, well-organized, and memorable.

I recently used TRAVOCOM, Karachi for my visa processing and travel arrangements, and my experience has been absolutely exceptional from start to finish.

I applied for Schengen, US, and Canadian visas through TRAVOCOM and successfully received all three. I also booked my travel tickets through them. Throughout the entire journey, their team provided excellent guidance, timely communication, and outstanding professional support. Everything, from documentation and visa guidance to ticketing and travel arrangements, was handled with great care and attention to detail.

A special appreciation goes to Abu Hurraira, who assisted me specifically with my US and Canada visa applications. His professionalism, patience, knowledge, and dedication were truly outstanding. He was always available whenever I had a question, guided me through every step, and made what can normally be a stressful visa process feel smooth and straightforward. His personal attention and continuous follow-up were genuinely appreciated.

I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Kashif Naseer, the owner of TRAVOCOM. He is not only an excellent professional but, more importantly, an exceptional human being. Despite being the owner, he remains approachable, humble, and always willing to extend his personal support whenever needed. His commitment to helping customers and ensuring that they receive the right guidance reflects the values of TRAVOCOM as an organization.

The entire TRAVOCOM support team deserves appreciation for their professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-focused approach. It is refreshing to deal with a company where the people genuinely take ownership of their customers' journeys.

I highly recommend TRAVOCOM to anyone looking for reliable visa assistance and travel services in Karachi. My experience with them has been excellent, and I would definitely choose them again for my future travel plans.

A heartfelt thank you to Abu Hurraira, Kashif Naseer, and the entire TRAVOCOM team for making my visa and travel journey such a smooth and memorable experience.
