UMRAH SALES SPECIALIST

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for an Umrah Sales Specialist at TRAVOCOM. The specialist will be responsible for:

  • You are provided leads and potential Umrah clients 
  • Your job is to handle then and provide packages as per their needs and budget
  • Guiding potential clients and selling them Umrah packages as per their needs.
  • You are responsible for maximum lead conversions 
  • Meeting your sales target 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management expertise
  • You must have at least 2 years of working in Umrah Sales
  • You must have very good knowledge about Makkah and Madinah Locations and hotels facilities of all categories
  • You must have a clear mindset of how to convert a lead
  • You must be target oriented and know commission structure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • If you have performed Umrah and Hajj is a big plus
