UMRAH SALES SPECIALIST
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for an Umrah Sales Specialist at TRAVOCOM. The specialist will be responsible for:
- You are provided leads and potential Umrah clients
- Your job is to handle then and provide packages as per their needs and budget
- Guiding potential clients and selling them Umrah packages as per their needs.
- You are responsible for maximum lead conversions
- Meeting your sales target

QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management expertise
- You must have at least 2 years of working in Umrah Sales
- You must have very good knowledge about Makkah and Madinah Locations and hotels facilities of all categories
- You must have a clear mindset of how to convert a lead
- You must be target oriented and know commission structure
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- If you have performed Umrah and Hajj is a big plus
