RECRUITMENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for an HR Specialist (Recruitment and Performance Management). The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The role involves coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and contributing to the development of HR strategies to enhance employee performance.

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

 

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. 

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for development.
  • Manage employee performance issues, including disciplinary actions when necessary.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in HR role, with a strong focus on recruitment and performance management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Karachi (Gulistan-e-Johar Block 9), please check our location before applying.
