SALES EXECUTIVE
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role at TRAVOCOM Office Gulistan-e-Johar.
FLST Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, taking inbound calls, communicating clients on WhatsApp and digital handles to in order to qualify leads and pass it on to the concern sales team. regarding any of the services we offer. Handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer database, and providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales role
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Call center experience is preferred
- Must be flexible to work in different shifts (Morning Evening Night – Night for male only)
- Residence near Gulistan-e-Johar Block 9 (our office location)
- Fresh but energetic and eager to grow mindset is most welcome.
