CALLING EXECUTIVE
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Calling Executive at TRAVOCOM. The Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote travel packages, handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer database, and providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales role
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Flexible to work in night shift
