Managing everything in a timely manner under such pressure is truly commendable. Alhamdulillah, the Umrah itself went very smoothly, and I truly appreciate the effort Travacom put into making this spiritual journey seamless. That said, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion for improvement. The hotel in Makkah (Al-zayr Al-Akhyar Hotel) did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness (filled with cockroachs + dirty beds/curtains + poor ventilation) and overall room condition. While I understand the pricing constraints, I believe that within the same budget range, a better-maintained 3-star hotel could be selectedāone that prioritizes cleanliness, organization, and a more comfortable healthy environment for pilgrims. Since the stay in Makkah is usually longer than Medina. Overall, I am satisfied with Travacomās services and would recommend them for their strong management and coordination. With some improvement in hotel selection in Makkah, the experience could be even better. Thank you for your efforts and support throughout this journey. Overall, the company is reliable and delivers exactly what is promised in the package. There was one hotel change, but apart from that, everything was well managed. Haris, the agent, guided us very well from here and was a helpful person. It is not really a group tour ā the group is mainly for transportation, otherwise everyone manages their own routine and timings. Group arrangements are mainly for Ziyarat trips. A suggestion would be to arrange proper group tours where the whole group performs Umrah together with an agent, as this would be especially helpful for first-time pilgrims.
